I work at a hotel and a guest just asked where there was an ATM, since she is from a foreign country she has a bank from AU. So my question is can she still insert her card at a lets say BofA ATM and receive money?

Think that depends on the network of the ATM provider. I honestly don't know. Google is likely best bet I suspect above and beyond this forum which is strongly tilted towards Americans FICO being FICO.
This works in reverse (Americans in foreign countries), and I believe that there are standardized ATM networks run by MC and Visa.
Typically the big issue is FETF fees, ATM surcharges, and so on.
Well once they came back I asked if it had worked and the told me that it did so yeah user5387 I think your right all they have to worry about if the FTF fees. Thanks!

Depends on the card and networks. ATM's generally accept more than one type of card.
