Just got off the phone with a Cap 1 EO too - they're trying to convert one of my QS1 MC's into a QS Visa.

This is addictive, and every phone rep I've spoken to has been exceedingly nice!
You can call AMEX to get the CL. I think it's an automated system that will tell you.

Limits are factored into utilization but creditors do not simply match limits.
Keep in mind that not all creditors and scoring models consider accounts where one is an AU.

It really depends on the overall outcome of your credit. It's not must a matter of being an AU on a line with X limit for Y time. All we can really say is that it may help in some cases but you still need to focus on building your own tradelines.
