Hey guys, was hoping I could get some advice on what I should do.
I paid my Avianca LifeMiles card from Banco Popular in full in Aug 2020. The account now shows $0 balance with TU and EQ, but not with EX. Prior to this payoff, it had been reporting to all three bureaus monthly. I've given it two cycles, TU and EQ both posted updates around Sep/Oct 14, but EX hasn't had any updates since Aug.
Is this something I should dispute with EX? Just wait it out? What would you recommend?
If it matters, the update would change the card's util on EX from 36% to 0%; aggregate util would change from 10% to 7%.
Appreciate the help
Reach out to the lender and specifically ask for reporting department. That has always worked for me. I'd dispute if it goes one more cycle. Three cycles is really entering inaccurate reporting territory.
I will do that. Thanks for the advice!

You're welcome! Let us know how it goes.
Just got off the phone with Popular, they said they don't have an internal reporting team that I can speak to and that I need to submit a dispute with EX over the lack of current reporting.
The fun continues, I tried filing a dispute online with EX for an incorrect balance but the sumbission failed. Was put in touch with one of their reps who sent in a request to Popular for them to send the updated balance info. Hopefully it won't take too long to update.
@Anonymous I too recently paid off an account. An auto loan. Both EQ and TU have reported it but EX has not. It's going on 2 months now. Experian, in my experience is usually first to report but for some reason in this case it wont report. Last reported the account in August.
Got an alert from EX this morning that my dispute had been resolved. Logged in, it's now showing that my balance with Banco Popular is $0. Balance updated date is Oct 23. Shows my major Aug payment and the $3 Sep payment now too. Still not sure why they decided to stop reporting to EX. Crazy that it took a dispute to get them to report the current balance, but at least it's all taken care of now.
