TigersFan- how long did it take EQ to re-insert?
I am at 90 days tomorrow- it "refreshed at EX and TU on Aug 8th. BTW- instead of being removed on 2014 it will now be on there until 2017!!!
I have my two oldest account scheduled to be removed next year- I have sent letter too them asking for a refresh-

I've never had EQ prematurely delete any of my accounts. What happened to me is TU deleted 4 of my old "paid as agreed" accounts. Then, within about 2 weeks, those same 4 accounts disappeared from my EX report.
If you are at 90 days, I would say it's not going to happen. Are you trying to get EQ to restore deleted accounts without asking the creditor to do so yourself?
I've never heard of a 'refresh'. Did you just get lucky on a good account re-dating, or is this a tool we can all use? Do tell!
I have the luck of one incredible old account lingering. It was my first credit card, an Amex 27 years ago. It got lost in the mail and was replaced with a new card and account new number. The replacement account went down in my BK, but the original account number (never used) has reported "paid as agreed" since 1980! It shows DOLA as 2003 at 2 CRAs and 2001 at the other.
