I'll bet that what's happening is not that "they" put them back on, but that you have a creditor or creditors that are reporting the bad addresses.
Check to see who updated this month, call them, and ask what addresses they are showing on your files. If you get the creditors to clean up the errors, they won't keep reporting them and having them pop back on.
