I'd be interested in finding that out too. I always wondered if you need to sue them, how you would go about that. Since based on the law, diversity of citizenship requirement makes it nearly impossible unless you have a class action. There has to be a way for the individual but I am not sure exactly how it would work, jurisdiction would still get it kicked. Hmm.
