Allegro Acceptance (Allegro Credit)?

Has anyone had any experience with or knowledge about Allegro Acceptance aka Allegro Credit? Friend in the music industry is considering financing with them and asked me about the company. I can't really find information on them. Are they easy to deal with? How is customer service? Who do they pull and what score do they want? Here is their website:

Quick google search led me to a piano forum.. Some people mentioned interest around 11% and approvals in the upper 600's. Hope that helps
