I realized a short while ago that my current Amazon Prime account (Synchrony, not the Chase Visa) is nowhere to be found on my Experian CR. It's present and accounted for on TransUnion and Equifax, so no issues there. The only thing I can think of that might cause this is that every Synchrony account that was IIB in 2018 has also been removed from my reports across all three CRAs (Amazon, Sony Financial, Lowes, Value City Furniture, possibly one or two others that I can't think of right now...). So I figure Synchrony must have requested those baddies to be removed from my CRs when I started getting accepted for their credit products last year, to which I say "Thank you Synch!". But then my current, active Amazon account might've also gotten swept up in the purge at Experian. All my other current Synchrony accounts are intact on the EX CR (Banana Republic, new Lowes, Venmo, ScoreRewards, CareCredit).
If I were so inclined, would I try to fix this error by contacting Synchrony about the account not showing on EX? Comparing between the three bureaus, my currently reported utilization for EX is 24% while TU/EQ are at 22% due mainly to this Amazon issue (note: my actual, not-yet-updated utilization is around 10%). Would it even be worth attempting if Synch were to decide, "Oh hey, here are all these old IIB accounts that are not reporting, let's put them back on too!"?

I really can't answer any of your questions, but just wanted to say I checked Experian right now and my Amazon Prime Store card (Synchrony) is definitely there. If you'd like the phone number that is listed with its account info, let me know!
