I have been having trouble accessing my Macys AMEX on their website. Normally, I can hit the drop down and switch from the store card to the AMEX. Now, the Amex does not even show. Had to call in to make payments. Anyone else having or heard of this issue. I have tried my phone and different browsers and computers. Customer service says nothing wrong on their end.

I just tried and was able to access my online Macy's account and payment screen with no problem. Perhaps you need to clear your cookies . . . sometimes when I encounter login issues clearing; my cookies will reslove it. Best wishes with accessing your Macy's account.

Yes, it is a known 'toggling' issue which has been reported as of last week. No ETA on the fix. This appears to impact older legacy Macy's and Bloomingdale's profiles that have separate store and AmEx accounts.
If you need to make a payment, you can do so via the automated system (no charge). Any agent-assisted payments will incur a small fee, though.
In this particular case it's not about using different browsers or clearing cookies/cache.
