If the credit card offers a BT option you may be able to. Many cards also have the option to deposit the funds directly into your checking account and then you could pay off Amazon.
At the interest rate on the Amazon card I can see why you would want to pay off that card. And if you took advantage of one of the 0% financing options make sure that card is paid off before the retroactive interest kicks in.
