Just dispute it. The card is active and current. It can't be updated to something worse because it's in good standing.

With you plan you should be able to pull a report on daily basis. Also, you can join Credit Karma and pull a report for free.

Then I would dispute with Equifax. Call and see if you can do it over the phone.
