@Anonymous You should still be able to view your Experian FICO 8 score by clicking on the Account Services page, then on Profile (in the left hand column), If you then scroll down you will see a link stating "View FICO Score."
Hi Maize. Have you checked your Acct page at Amex to see your Fico score?
Since my EX 8 is no longer being shown, and the fact that they have not updated my account to Experian this month, I was thinking that Amex might be having some sort of business dispute with Experian.
What do you think?
Thats the link I am refering to.
It used to show EX 8.
Now it is opening to a new page and showing TU Vantage 3.0
I just checked a minute ago and I can still see my Experian FICO 8 score on all 4 Amex accounts. There's another thread over the last weekend where people were complaining about not being able to retrieve the FICO score but I seem to be one of the people not affected by this problem.
You now have to go to the "PROFILE" tab under "Account Services", and down at the bottom is a link to the "View FICO Score". Should be able to get your EX8 score there.
I called their CB rep line and that Rep did confirm there is an issue this month and did offer to push through an update today. Normally, I'd probably let it work itself out but I had a 3x CLI on this account that is not reflecting so that will have a bit if an impact this month.
My statement closed the 3rd and just updated on Exp today !
AZEO & Installment loan trick has me fully optimized at 740
Ok, I got it now.
They changed how to navigate to show EX8.
Thanks for the help!
Ok I got it.
Thanks Duke.
