Amex problem

hi everyone,

i've been reading some of these threads and must say there is a wealth of info here. thanks to everyone who posts. i had a question for anyone that is or has been past due with amex? i had joined a DMP back in June and amex denied their proposal (as i've read here it sounds like they never work w/DMP's). anyways i thought i would try and work with amex myself. the reps told me that their might be a program but i don't qualify, wait and maybe i will later. i waited and nothing. i basically called amex all summer to no avail. in the meantime charges have added up and now i REALLY can't make a payment. they've been so uncooperative and today i actually had a really rude rep hang up on me! anyways any advice would be appreciated...thanks.

On DMP and AE.  Ihad a Green card and an Optimia (I think) card.  The Optima card went into DMP and the DMP program would not accept the Green card.  AE closed the Green card when I went into DMP.

LOL I still get pre-approvals from them.
