As many of you already know, TC said it was changing its service to only allow one 3-in-1 report every 30 days. A lot of people cancelled because of this change.
For a few days, I wasn't able to pull every day, like I was able to do before TC changed their terms of service. However, the last couple of days, I have noticed that I have been able to do so. The screen looks different, but I can still update, so I could care less what the screen looks like!
So it looks like nothing really changed after all, except their presentation....

So you are able to refresh all 3 reports everyday?
I tried just now and could only get the change report for TU only. My next available 3-in-1 update is available on 1-16.
How long ago did you pull your last 3-in-1? I last pulled on 12/16, and it still says I have to wait until 1/15. I'm jealous!
Edit to delete acres and acres of white space.

But I think this only shows changes on TU.

Laz98, did you do anything that could have lead to that change? Called them? Threaten to cancel? Anything? And what was your updating frequency like prior to their quirky change? Daily? Weekly?
Some of you may remember that TC purged their daily pullers around Sept. 2007. Some theorized that TC was loosing money because they have to pay $$$ to EX and EQ each time there is a new pull. Maybe this is their way of purging frequent pullers. Last year, they cancelled memberships to those that pulled frequently.

if anything, i would say i was pulling more frequently!
earlier in the year, i would update about once a week or so, just to satisfy my curiosity. since october, i would say i have been pulling new reports every other day or every two days, because i opened new accounts & have been making other changes to my reports.
i would think they would have kicked me out, too! but no, i thought about cancelling, but didn't get around to it.......now i'm kind of glad, since it seems the service hasn't really changed for me.
it has to be something they changed on their end. i know before saturday, i had the same message that said i wouldn't be able to get a new 3-in-1 report until mid-january. i don't know what is different now.
however, my gf's account still says she can't update until january 19. her reports, i only pull maybe every 2-3 weeks. no big changes there.
math_rocks,
don't feel bad, my gf can't update her report either
(by the way, i have to say this.......math really stinks! lol)
