Hi yall,
Just checked my Equifax report this morning and I have a 13 pt increase..from 564 to 577..my judgment was removed.
and 3 days ago I faxed over a ''goodwill'' to Ms.Bea Hilton saying:
Attention: xxxxxxxxxx
I am writing you today to see if you would make a ''goodwill''adjustment to your reporting to the Equifax report.I have a civil judgment on the above referenced account.Since that time I have been wroking extremely hard to clean up all indications such as those..Because of my exceptional payment
history over the past 9 years I would ask you to consider removing the civil judgement from my report.
I have been such a happy customer in the past and hope to continue a long lastiing relationship with
Equifax..With today's credit industry being so competitive as it is, I know the importance of
maintaining good relationships with customers..
The above civil judgment was placed on my report some 6 years ago, and I have to this day not
got verification from this creditor..This kind of judgment should have allowed for papers to be
served to me which I never received..Not even a letter or phone call.The courts cant seem to tell
me how to get this removed. During this time however, payment was late although the landlord agreed to accept payment and vacate any and all procedures concerning a judgment..
Equifax has been extraordinary in my book always, and I highly recommend it to all my family
and friends. I hope that you will truly consider m request and prove once again why Equifax is heads above all others. I look forward to your reply..
