How do you freeze your reports?

I went on a damn app spree, approved for most.... the inq's didn't hurt my score, but my AAoA is about to TANK and I have like zero self control with the app buttons soooo... how do I freeze the damn things? I can force myself to garden right? LOL

I'm thinking of freezing, too.  You have to call and pay.  I just need to know if you can still see your score go up and down via SW and CK if you do.  Anyone?

Also, how much to freeze it?

Does it really work to freeze just one so that creditors are required to look at one of the others? What would happen if they other creditor was only signed up with the one you freeze?

If you have to unfreeze, do you have to pay to freeze again?
