Any help please???

I just recently had my credit report cleaned up.  My Equifax score was 573 then 608 and now that all the neg's are off they are unable to score me.  I have had two leased vehicles, a secure visa card and some student loans.  What  type of ******* is this?

We regret we are unable to fulfill your order request because your credit report does not currently contain enough information to meet the minimum scoring criteria required to calculate a FICO score. In order for a FICO score to be calculated, a report must contain these requirements:

· At least one account that has been open for six months or more

· At least one account that has been updated in the past six months

· No indication of deceased on the credit report

There were some problems with EQ reports last week.  Look at the threads in the products forum.

And  check again and determine if this response was before they figured out what the trouble is in case it's as simple as that.

I hope it is... they're re-running the discount promo for people who had true issues during that time.

For problems like this, I advise you to call myFICO customer support. They really are nice folks that go out of the way to make sure you like their product. If it was a bug with myFICO and EQ that is now fixed, they'll hook you up.

But if it is a problem with your history on EQ, you might have to some other remedial action like opening a store card or secure CC in order to get some history reporting.

Either of these will help you in the long run because you're going to need to start some long running credit history sometime in your life.
