I haven't heard that this is even in the pipeline let alone coming soon. It would be smart of them, but it doesn't mean they're doing it.

I wouldn't rely too much on generalizations like that. You can certainly get FICO's with certain cards/creditors. Of course, the usual caveat about differences in scoring models (even among FICO's) applies.
