A few months ago, I couldn't pull my EQ via annualcreditreport.com. I called EQ and was told it was because, somehow, a suffix was added to my name. They said it had come from one of my creditors and hinted it was from an LOC. I called Upgrade and they knew nothing about it. Eq wanted me to send in the usual ID docs. For some reason, the Suffix issue got dropped on its own, and now I can pull my EQ again.
The irony is that my Experian monthly account still gave me access to my EQ.
