Anybody else: problem with True Credit updating?

I have tried for 2 days to get True Credit to update CR will only update as recent as 4-23-08 has anyone had this same thing happen to them. If so would you so kind to pass it along to me  Thanks

I haven't been able to update since yesterday morning. I called them yesterday and today - still no luck. The problem on my end is when I click the update link, it just brings me back to the page displaying my report.

I read on another post that if you clear your cookies and cache a reload the site from scratch it will update correctly.
I had the same problem, cleared the memory and it worked...

I updated about 1/2 hour ago, and it worked OK.

Hey Guys called up CS @True Credit this morning the lady I talked with told me you can not update until they bill you for that month"s service which in my case is the first. I don"t know if anyone else has been told this by a CSR: Credit Bureaus update on the 15 & 30 of every month its best to update scores & reports on or after those dates. I was 2 days early trying to update on 29. Thanks Guys for your help.Insert Smileys

I don't really understand your post, credit08, since you are supposed to be able to update TrueCredit daily. I also don't understand the part of updating only on the 15th and 30th. Maybe they have a different product that you subscribe to that I'm not aware of. I'm on hold with them right now as I'm still unable to update.

Hello Gary, this is what the CSR told me: basiclly True credit updates twice a month every 15th and 30th if you try to update in betweens these dates the system may not update since the previous one also the information in the reports will be the same. hope. I have read on the forums that some people have no trouble updating as often as they like. Maybe I got hold of someone that just told me that and it means nothing its possible. I"m Sorry about the confusion.

That's very weird. Truecredit continuously updates. For example, the other day one of my fiancee's accounts updated and Truecredit showed it same day. You are supposed to be able to update your report with them every 24 hours and when you do that it is a fresh pull. Maybe your CSR wasn't really on top of things.
 
Back to my issue - they didn't know what was going on. The CSR I spoke to canceled my account and sent me a code for a free month. Now it appears to work.

I have seen from other posts that some people bellieve they have been locked out from updating to often. I was under the impression as you said you can update daily as often as you like some folks speculate otherwise. I do agree with you that CSR You are me probaly is more up to date about True Credit than she is. Gary and all the other people on the forum it probaly safe to disregard this post.

I have tried updating since April 21st!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Everytime I call CS (India) I get told something different.
I called again today and was given another phone number to call TOMORROW.
Uggggghhhhh!
I am thinking about just cancelling my acct.
I signed up a few months ago and have only updated 4 times after alerts.
