Anyone Having Trouble With TrueCredit?

I haven't been able to update anything for 5 days.  At first, when I did click update reports/scores, it just took me back to the latest versions.  Since yesterday, I'm not even seeing the "update" buttons.

Anybody else seeing this?

Re: Anyone Having Trouble With TrueCredit?

This is an individual problem for you and may be based on the processing of a charge for the service to your credit card. Just call CS and tell them you are having a problem. They will be able to advise you. If they tell you to re-subscribe just do it - you will not lose any history.

Re: Anyone Having Trouble With TrueCredit?

Chazman: I had the same issue - not able to update for a couple of days. I finally called TC customer support and was told that they are having issues with a lot of accounts that were "not working properly". The rep walked me through doing a cancellation of my account and then immediately reactivated it. The rep said that it was nothing that I had done wrong - that it was a computer issue at their end.
