I would have loved to have kept it but it just didn't work for me. I cancelled yesterday and when I talked to CS lady she didn't even ask me why I was asking to cancel. She said we don't do it over the phone send a e-mail with cancel in subject line. I am not sure I want to be part of a company that has that type of attitude. Glad it is working for you as it was cheap and the daily pulls would have been sweet. At least I know it was just not I that was having these problems with it.
I haven't had any EQ data in my EIDT pulls for weeks now. Very frustrating.
Has anyone talked to them about the lack of Equifax on reports? It would seem that if we are paying for tri-merge and only getting 2 bureaus, that we are not getting what we have paid for. I know some people are getting EIDT just to pull Equifax.

Yes on another recent thread about EIDT some people called and were told to wait 48 hours then log back in. They did that still no EQ called again told to wait 24 and still a no go. When I cancelled with them the other day they didn't even ask me why or try at all to get to to stay. This attitude was a big red flag to me that they really don't care!
lg8302ch - Did you ever get your login info for EIDT? I'm having the same issue. I posted about it in another thread, but I just saw that you might be having my same issue. Signed up, but no login info or any way to use the service. They've already charged my card and gave me an order number, but nothing else. Please let me know if you got your login, and how you went about it.
