Anyway to unfreeze Lexis without calling in?

Going to be doing an app spree and will likely need to unfreeze my Lexis. Any way to unfreeze this without having to call in each time?

Yes, there's a link on the security freeze page to request an unfreeze.

https://consumer.risk.lexisnexis.com/freeze

The difference between doing it online and over the phone is that 'online' you have to upload proof of identity: driver's license, other doc, etc.. however, if you submit your request via telephone, the CSR will verify your identity over the phone and your report will be thawed within 15 minutes. Most recent CSR I spoke with recommended I do thaws over the phone. Says online requests take longer because it's some kind of automated process that tries to verfiy your information using whatever document you upload.

Way I see it, that rep could be right or wrong... I haven't tried speaking with a second rep to verify what I was told. I'd recommend calling in to unfreeze if possible. It's fast and easy.
