It has been a sporadic problem for the past few months.
I noticed it in July or August.
The scores are the same, it appears to be a display or labeling problem.
I reported it to their Customer Service by email and phone. Email said 'you will have to call'.
Phone support sent it to tech support and I never heard from them again, but all my reports showed Fico 8 again, and no number changes.
As I thought last summer, surely they are working on it.
