I received a bogus collection notice from a CA collecting on XM Radio's behalf, after speaking with them briefly I called up XM customer service and got the run around for a few days with no resolve.
I filed a complaint with the BBB in Michigan, they contacted XM on my behalf, Low and behold, 4 months later, debt has been cleared as well as the Collection.
