I had a chapter 7 bk in july 2010. one of my creditors is still showing payment history even though it says the account was included in bankruptcy. Is this allowed?
The BK7 doesn't make the payment history on an account cease to exist.

Thank you for the information. From the link you posted it states that Like any other account, late payments made on the account prior to the bankruptcy will continue to be reported for seven years from the original delinquency date of the account. If the account was in a collection status or charge off at the time of bankruptcy, that information will continue to show as well. The account will be deleted seven years from the date of the original delinquency.
If the original date of delinquency was from 2008 but the Chapter 7 was in 2010 should the account be deleted 7 yrs from 2008 or 2010. I understand the Chapter 7 is 10 yrs and im not disputing that. Just trying to clean up what i can so I can keep making good progress for the future. Thanks in advance
