BK Question

BK discharged  in 1999...will be 10 years in May of 2009. Does anyone know if this will automatically drop off or will I have to request it be removed to all three bureaus??

One of my CRAs says mine is due to fall off 12/09.  Discharged  12/99.  I also remember reading on this forum that someone called and had it taken off earlier.  (one month I think.)

I would think you would pull reports and make sure it's off and if not call or dispute.
