Balance line on IIB accts is blank - does it matter?

On many of my IIB accts the balance line is blank. I feel it should say $0 in order to be 100% accurate. Does anyone know if the scoring model is affected when the balance line is blank. Should I dispute to get it changed to $0....or leave well enough alone...
