Re: Balances paid in full each month and how its reported

I know, I am sorry I didn't assume it was you. I was just stating in general. Since I figured they might read your post too and if they see it, then I express it. I am sure there are many of the few out there Smiley Wink

Oh, thank goodness - glad I didn't accidentally mislead you.

Luckily for our country, I'm sure there ARE 'many of the few out there'!!  Smiley Happy

Thanks to all.

Indeed, I have watched the back of many and many have returned the favor.

Pretty sure it's ByrdMan.

I'm an way grown-up Army brat, is that good for anything at all? Smiley Very Happy Still have my POW bracelet from the late sixties/ early seventies back home in a drawer somewhere...

Seriously, I deal with veterans all day long (it's my job), and I am always reminded of everything that the armed services have done and gone through, and I'm always grateful.

As I said that might very well be true, as I am on top of my balances pretty regularly and almost daily. I know when my statements cut, so I schedule a payment to hit on or just before it so when the statement cuts it has a zero balance. That may very well be the habit I told you about that is making me "lucky" if you will.

I apologize then. Next time I will not assume that someone understands when I use the phrase "statement balance".

Guardian wrote in the other thread:
I know exactly how the system works and that's why you are having trouble with this because you apparently don't know that NO your statement balance is NOT reported unless its there for at least 30 days.

Actually, I am just kidding. I will assume that people can understand phrases like "statement balance", although I am no longer surprised when someone goes off (easier to understand than the word vitriol, which you had to look up?) and says that I am stupid when clearly the person making the accusation is the guilty party.

Guardian from that other thread again:
I am neither and very glad to see that you can look up words in the dictionary to try and sound more intelligent than you have behaved.

*tired sigh*

Please - let's not stir up a silly spat all over again over something that clearly was just a miscommunication and misunderstanding on the other, now-locked thread.

The main issue in debate and brought up by the OP on here seems to have been sorted out calmly and with appropriate respect all around on this thread - let's please keep it that way, especially since that's the way it SHOULD be!
