Hey, I never had to send in the GL.  I just went throught Transunion and sent a dispute to the company via TU and it was deleted off my report it didn't even take a month.  Now that's what I am talking about that was taking hit to the score. Hello 700's.Smiley Very Happy

I did not pay it.  By the time I found out it was there it only had a few months to fall off.

Send them a PFD.  If they agree, get it in writing on their letterhead, with a signature.
