I recieved in the mail, a couple of pre qualified CC offers from Bank of America. If I apply for either of them online, do you know if they will do a hard pull or a soft pull of my credit ?
Every time you apply for credit, assume it will be a hard pull (other than the shopping cart trick and 'sometimes' as of late on Discover apps) I'd bet the BoA app will result in a hard pull even though you have a pre-qual letter.
