Boa Customized Cash Disappeared from credit report

my Boa Customized Cash disappear from my Experian credit report  but still active on my other two bureaus ...

the account is under other  :'Account in dispute under Fair Credit Billing Act'

I'm using this account right now no issues ...

You haven't filed a dispute with BoA or Experian for any charges or billing issues? If you haven't, I would contact BoA about it.
