I had similiar problems using thecEquifax app. I got an email from Equifax stating I could pull my new monthly credit report. In the app or website I could not pull the credit report. I cancelled my subscription I do not have the time or patience to deal with Equifax. I went to annual credit report.com and pulled the credit report there. I have a very low opinion of Equifax.
