BofA Not Reporting To Experian

Hi, new to the boards and was considering signing up for the Score Watch or maybe Credit Complete but had a couple questions...

I've had my BofA account now for maybe 2 or 3 years and I recently got a credit report from annualcreditreport.com from Experian (the other 2 haven't arrived after 5 months so I'll have to call them and find out what's going on) and it doesn't list the BofA account on there.

Called BofA but they haven't done a thing.

Was wondering if I purchase the myFico service, do they have a dispute form or something that I can do through myFico that can get the credit bureaus or BofA itself to report the accounts accurately on all 3 reports?

I only have 2 credit cards (one from CapitalOne and the other BofA). Credit limit is $500 on the CapitalOne and $5000 on the BofA so having the BofA one reported would probably be important to help my score out as well as have it be as accurate a score as it should be.

Thanks for any and all help.
