Bought Credit Reports from myFico But Order is Not Showing Up

Anyone else experiencing this issue? Bought some credit reports last night Sept 8, 2013 from myfico but none of my orders show up. I can't and haven't even seen any of my orders.

You should call FICO Customer Service @ 1-800-319-4433. They will be able to tell you whether your order was processed and how to view the reports. If they couldn't process your order then they should be able to confirm that you were not charged.

Is it possible that you have not met the requirements to generate a FICO score in your credit profile yet? You need at least one account that is active and reporting for at least six months.

I've ordered credit reports from myFico every year since 2011. Specifically the issue is with the equifax report -- But I will investigate. Thanks.
