seriously though, what is the deal with equifax?! i got 3 collections deleted today and no score change. i understand that you have to give things time but my thing is this. if you can delete it you can update it.  They make me sick! i dont want to wait 3 wks for a score change! i want my points and i want them now

I thought it was just me. I was becoming obsessed and had to refrain from all things credit for a few days. Sure enough I got a score change...it was just 20 points, but a chance nonetheless.

Hang in there...it'll happen. (or it probably already has and you just can't see it yet, lol)

Creditrite, are there any remaining collections? Understand that FICO is only dinging you for one collection at a time--the most recent one. So, if you get one or three removed and there yet remains one or more, then you increase will be zilch to minimal. If the ones you got removed were not your newest ones, then there is your answer to why there was nada given to you. Sorry. BTW, don't catch a case (make sure you use a ski mask--j/k).

I was told tht it was by the CRA (Transunion ) it actually takes a couple of weeks bc the dont update everyminute! thts why when u get a alert its not always immediately I have 2 Deletions an my score actually went from 588 to now 577 so ???? lol I m just staying busy till I get the YOUR SCORE++++++++++ alert....

i have two more left. equifax are haters!!  they just know if they give me all the points i deserve that i will have a serious jump in my score!!!  they are all recent except two. they are from 02 and 03.  the other 3 are in the last 2 yrs.

i'll try not to catch a case!!  i might just throw the cpu on the floor! joking.  i'll be a good girl and be patient.  i have no choice!!

That's the issue. Get rid of the other two and you should have a nice increase. I presume that the two that are left are newer than the ones that were deleted (at least one of them).
