So I received a call today from Allied Interstate, thinking it was about my DV ltr I sent several weeks ago. It appears the rep had no idea what I was talking about and kept stating I needed to pay or show proof. I'm unclear if I paid this acct a long time ago (it's a BOFA CC and I had 2 but not at the same time) but wanted them to DV it. The rep told me I needed to show proof if i paid it already and that this acct was already on my credit report, which it isn't since I have TC and SW to monitor. I actually hung up on her since I was so furious after explaining to her what DV was and that I had certified and sent it weeks ago.
Now this acct isn't on my CR...YET. I'm sure my beloved scores as of now will go down if and when that acct appears on my CR. Should I wait for a response to my DV ltr? Or write another one?
P.S. This call just ruined my vacation. Here I am, in sunny Southern California, trying to enjoy the beach, where I was at when she called, and now I can't.

Yup. So now I wait? I hate this BTW.
