Your total revolving utilization is what FICO looks at. However, if any of your cards are "maxed out," it will ding your score.
The rule of thumb here is to let less than half (ideally one) CC report a small balance of 1-9%, and pay the rest in full.

If i have a CC with a CL of $600 but a total of 7 CC with a total CL of $30,000 and I use say 50% of the CC with the $600 limit how does that affect my score. Does FICO look at CC util by CC or by total available limits on all cards?
