Is there any negative reason (what so ever) I should not validate/verify (by requesting last payment copy, copies of statements etc) a C/O BK7 credit card account with that same credit card bank on balances over $1,000.00?

If the accounts were includuded in BK (if I read your question correctly) why do you need to validate? As long as they are reporting as such and show 0 balance due, not sure why you would need to.
