This one says it was sold in 2002   that would mean that it should drop off CR this year OR before.
   Look at status on you CR........will remain on CR until   month/year

There should also be a CA that is reporting on it.

CC Charge Off - Chase                 closed/settlement accepted   $0.00          Sept 04

   This is saying that you paid.......did you?    If you did  GW letters might work

All the others say that they were CO  in 2007    if that is correct  DO NOT touch them untill you can PIF.

keep all CR   forever!!!!  many of these could reappear in another 10 years and you will need all CR  to get them off.

If you have any CA  reporting I need to know....they are handled different.

Match all CA to the OC  if you can. That way you can be sure of the SOL dates.

What is your SOL??

Re: CC charge-offs and collections - help!

The SOL is 7 years in TN.  Two of my collection accounts are due to these credit cards.
Arrow=First Premier
Monterey=CashCall

The Chase account is paid/settled.  Not sure how well a GW would do.

I have added the collection accounts to the original post.  Smiley Indifferent

SOL in Tn.  is 6 years!   You never know if a GW will work. Send 1 to them and be honest (but cry alot)   tell them that you were young & didn't pay attention to what you should have. I am now older and know how important my credit is. I have a full time job and am trying to correct my past mistakes.I will never make these mistakes again. I know that I am asking a lot but please help me.

Im not good at these letters but you get the idea.   Send 1 about every 60 days. You never know when someone will just delete it in order to get rid of you. They might send an answer or not, but usually when they do it takes 30-45 days. That is why I say every 60 days.

CAs  resell info. and the CRAs sell info on scores. Junk dealers will buy the info & try to collect on old debts. When you have old CR  you have all the needed info. to get them deleted from CRAs and get rid of CAs

Ok If Premier is still reporting   look for DOFD  DOLA     The date of last payment.Your SOL will be set at that date.      DOFD will also be that date BUT it can be reported up to 180 days after that to the CRAs.        You CR says that it will drop in 2009
