CCT-Changed?

I just tried to pull a new report from CCT. This is the message I received:

We're sorry!
If you order the same report within the same day, you will receive duplicate information. Please try back again tomorrow.

If they are really serious I'm canceling IMMEDIATELY! $30/month for this? I don't think so! Anyone else have this problem?

I don't have CCT, but have you pulled in the last 24 hours? To me, this is what it sounding like.

I've received the same message in the past. I haven't quite pinned it down, but I've have pulled twice in less than a 24 hr period without a problem. I'd like to say it is once per day. I have pulled late at night and again early in the following morning without a problem.

It now is a daily puller....I have canceled them.....

Before last night I could pull up to 5 times per day. Then last night it changed. When I called the CSR told me that the information is the same so there is no need to pull more than once per day. WE (myFico members) all know this is not true but trying to explain that to her was getting me no where. She says she's been there 10 months and insists that it has always been once per 24 hours and I INSISTED that she pull up my account and see that it wasn't.

She ended up refunding the whole $29.95 and canceling the account effective immediately.
UGHHH.... I don't know which monitoring service to choose now. I don't like TU and I don't currently have an AMEX to sign up for their service.

It seems there are no more 5 pulls a day and then it is not worth $30/mos. Time to cancel.

Since they have done away with the 5 pulls daily go with CIDP Chase. 12 bucks per month. Avoid all TU based products. TC PM123. Just a heads up.

Also the EQ Credit Watch Gold, does that allow daily monitoring of all 3 or just EQ? I have EQ ID Patrol but that only gives you alerts for TU & EX not daily pulls. The daily pulls are only for EQ.

IF you want EQ Credit Watch Gold only pay $60 for 15 months. There's a link for 3 free months then $59.95 thereafter for another year. You get billed after the trial period. You can pull EQ every day. There have been issues lately. I canceled it the other day
