CCT Changing Score Model?

Re: CCT Changing Score Model?

This thread can be closed realistically. It's a glitch. Nothing more. They aren't plus scores. They are Fico8 regardless of what it says. Search the forum you'll find quite a few posts about it. Or read this thread and you'll see 2(now 3) posts about it. It isn't Fako. Case closed

I've called and emailed them and have not got an answer as to why it now says PLUS score. Not happy Smiley Mad

Re: CCT Changing Score Model?

It's simply a glitch in their system, that's all. This has been covered many times, they used to offer plus scores and more fico, their programmers may just not be the best, doesn't change the fact that you are in fact getting a fico8 score regardless of what it says.

I don't understand the hoopla over a label after being assured its fico8? If your score randomly jumps/drops 25+ points for no reason, as a plus score will not be the same as a fico8, I would be worried, seeing as how it hasn't/won't, and that this has been going on for months now as an error, this thread, like the others similar to it, can serve as educational threads so no one gets freaked out about the glitch that doesn't actually affect anyone

Got an email saying they know about the issue and they're working to fix it. Mine says FICO now btw.

Re: CCT Changing Score Model?

I had the same issue last month and I contacted them and they never really answered me.

Most of my reports said 'Fico 8'.

I ran a 3B report and it said 'plus'.

My daily EX report always said Fico 8.

A few days later, I looked at the listing of archived reports and it now was changed and read 'Fico 8' again, and the actual reports said Fico 8.  The scores were always the correct values not changing much so I doubt it ever was actually a Plus score, just a label problem.

I believe it was just a display problem, but they should be able to resolve it.  It has been going on for quite awhile now.

I am very disappointed in the fact that I can only get one 3b report per month now though.

HTH
