That's because you have to access the archived 3-Bureau reports to find the last one you paid for. Go to: REPORTS & look for ARCHIVED REPORTS (above & to the right of COMPARE ALL).
They will accumulate in the archive, adding one more to the collection each time you buy another trial. A great little (free!) reference library. Long Live CCT!
