I just received my Experian Credit Report, One of the inquires was from CIC EXPERIAN IDENTITY CHECK Costa Mesa Calif. It was from an Apartment Complex I was proceeding/attempting to qualify for. The inquiry was for June 2014 my move-in date was Nov. 2014. According to this previous comment it states "If a purchase was made" I know nothing or evern purchased an Identity check for for an Apt complex to access., and I had no knowledge this apt complex did Identity checks
