I've been helping my SO build her credit.
It was me that actually found a medical collection on her account from before she was 16. ($45 but still)
She paid and they removed it from her reports.
When accessing CK and CS the only thing that shows on her credit is her student loan.
She's an AU on three of my cards but they don't reflect any information on her reports.
Neither does her CapOne Student card.
Anyone have this happen?

Cap One reports to four CRAs. How long ago did she get the CapOne card?
I would also suggest getting the CRs from the CRAs directly to see how they look.

She's had it for quite some time now.
I'd say about ~4-5 months. Way beyond the typical reporting times.
I'll have to get with her and pull them. See what's up with them.
Definitely pull reports directly to verify.

Which cards? Not all report for AU's.
although CK is usually in the ballpark as it relates to overall score, i find they miss a lot of things
.......$23k....................$8k......................$2k
Current FICO EQ: 775, EX: 764 | Current FAKO CK: 788
today, for example, is when CK is supposed to refresh my activity. i was expecting an inquery drop off and my score stayed the same....grrr

CK is never in the ballpark for me personally; it's all coincidental if it is. There's no correlation, the TU report data is useful from CK, the scores not so much unfortunately. I simply ignore them.
you are probably right. i took a closer look today and many items were not available
