I did some searching and couldn't find a definitive CLI matrix. I found the one for HP when applying, but some cards do HP while others do SP. Does anyone have a matrix they could post? If not could we build this thread to list which do/don't what as a guide for all members. I will start with ones that I am familiar with and will add to the list as members give answers to get a guide going for this topic.
Captial One - SP
BoA - SP
Barclay - HP
The problem with threads like this is that these policies change all of the time. It's safer to list lenders known to HP since nobody will actually get mad if they get a SP instead of a HP but if they expect a SP and get a HP, the sky is falling.

I'm fine with that. I just think listing the HP's only will extend the thread in the long run with the repeated "well what about xyz? Are they a HP?" I figured putting the YEMV would help. It can be a dynamic thread like the one for CC that gets updated every so often.

One pill makes you larger, and one pill makes you small
(and the ones that Mother gives you don't do anything at all)
