Does utilization or high balances affect a CLI decision? I will have had my new cards for 6months in Dec and wanted to request a CLI but the balances are high right now (being paid).

Carnival Sea Miles 1% 

Citi Prof 30%

Citi Plat 50%

also Hooters 1%

and Cap1 -no CLI wanted

Yes, anything that will affect yur FICO score will affect a req for a CLI.  they use the same decisoining software most times though some do use internal decisioning.

I CAN SEE HOW THAT WORKS--MAKES SENSE NOW. I HAVE MY PAYMENTS SET UP TO HAVE MY CC'S PIF BY MAY 08. I WILL JUST HAVE TO MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS.
