It annoys me that I get an email from them, I send a reply in less than 15 minutes and they didnt write me back as of yet. I just want this to be done, and over with.

When i had a collection from CMI i emailed the generic customer service at time warner and they gave me this address:
Time Warner Cable Customer Care Communications
900 N. Cahuenga Blvd.
Los Angeles, CA 90038

Unfortunately I think it will only work for accounts in the So. Cal area.

In fact, this acount was allegedly opened in Huntington Beach, CA.
