COVID-19 Impact to CA responses

Question:

 

As I've been working on my credit. I've noticed a significant slow down in responses by the CA's. Are they getting a pass as it relates to that 30 day time frame to respond due to COVID-19? 

 

EQ and TransUnion, no responses in 45 days. I did a follow up on 8/7/2020. Original disputes confirmed on 6/13/2020

Any feedback greatly appreciated

I believe the 30 day timeframe was extended to 90 day, if I'm not mistaken
