CRA "Verifies" after 3 unanswered DV's - Next step?

Help.
 
DV'd Midland on 2/19 and 3/20 to the "Aero" addy.  DV'd the "Roscoe" addy; received my letter back "undeliverable."  Sent "undeliverable" copies to EQ.
 
EQ verified after my first (online) dispute.  They have verified after my second (mail) dispute, after receiving the "undeliverable" package.  How the bloody h*ll can they verify a debt to a consumer using an address the consumer can not communicate with?????? 
 
I filed a complaint with the California BBB (that Midland had never once responded to any request for validation and continue to report).  No response yet.
 
I'm in SOL and they can sue me for all I care.  I'll show up with a sheaf of "I attempted to get validation of the debt, the alleged debtor was silent" papers as well as the closing papers from my house refinance that assigned an agent to pay this debt in 2004.
 
The amount in question is $336, now $416 with thier "fees" tacked on. 
 
What is my next step?  I've yet to hear from EX on this, TU deleted on the first try. 
 
Infuriating, frustrating, makes me want to scream.  Or cry.  Or both.
 
atlast....I love banging my head against a brick wall, it feels so good when I stop.

everything by CMRRR  now!!!   also copy & mail all your disputes & cert paper along with GG to the FTC!

I sent that letter to EQ.  I got the standard automated response letter:
 
"Upon recipt of your dispute we first review and consider the relevant information you have submitted regarding the nature of your dispute.  If that review does not resolve your dispute and further investigation is required, notification of your dispute, including the relevant information you submitted, is provided to the source that furnished the disputed information"  Yadda, yadda, yadda.
 
Then they say that I can add a consumer statement. 
 
Then they send me a statement of dispute with an attached credit report that STILL has the address that was "undeliverable" on it and say it has been verified!
 
What comes next?

I got the EXACT same response for MOV to EX & EQ about verified late payments.
 
Basically it said, "we looked around & if you want to know what we found out, contact the creditor yourself, lazy a$$."

Yeah, Ivy, I thought something along those lines when I opened the letter from EQ.
 
Except I've tried, repeatedly, to get answers from Midland.  They remain silent.
 
However, within a few hours of filing a BBB complaint, the BBB informed me that Midland won't talk to them without a release from me.  I sent it posthaste, they got it Monday.
 
I know I'm impatient.
